ABOUT THE FOUNDER

London-based beauty entrepreneur Maria Hatzistefanis began her career as a beauty writer before moving to New York, where she earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. After working in corporate finance, she followed her passion and instinct for beauty and founded Rodial. At the time, she identified a niche in the beauty market for specialised skin problem treatments. Today, the innovative products are available in the world's most prestigious shops and are described by celebrities such as Kylie Jenner as the "holy beauty grail". Maria has become a sought-after industry expert. Her point of view attracts millions of followers both online and offline. Maria's first book "How To Be An Overnight Success" is considered a bestseller on Amazon.

The brand's ultimate skincare collection combines anti-ageing ingredients with innovative ingredients to deliver instant and long-lasting results - for all skin types.
