This multitasking toner draws additional power from Saccharide Isomerate, a plant-derived hydrator that binds lasting moisture, and antioxidant-rich organic Sicilian White Wine to replenish and protect. After cleansing, mist the toner onto the face, neck and décolleté directly, keeping eyes closed. Alternatively, apply toner with a cotton pad. Pitter-patter fingertips over face to boost circulation.
