Lola is a massage gun designed especially for anyone serious about their training, and their relaxation too. Smaller than an iPhone and easily held in one hand, it's perfect for carrying in a backpack or gym bag. Four interchangeable heads help you target narrower parts of the body, with four massage speeds letting you adjust the intensity of the massage.

1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the massage gun using the supplied USB-C or charging cable. Most devices indicate full charge with a solid light.

2. Choose the Attachment: Lola Massage Gun usually comes with multiple massage heads:

• Round head: general muscle relaxation
• Fork head: spine and neck areas
• Flat head: large muscle groups
• Bullet head: targeted deep tissue points

Attach the desired head by firmly pushing it into the gun’s socket.

3. Turn On the Massage Gun: Press and hold the power button until the device vibrates or the light turns on. Some models have multiple speed levels—adjust using the power button or dial.

4. Select Speed / Intensity: Start at the lowest speed to get used to the sensation. Gradually increase to a higher intensity for deeper muscle relief.

5. Apply to Muscles: Hold the massage gun perpendicular to the target muscle. Move slowly over the muscle group for 1–2 minutes per area. Avoid bones, joints, and sensitive areas.

6. After Use: Turn off the device and remove the attachment. Wipe down with a clean cloth if needed. Store in a cool, dry place.
