These nutritional supplement capsules strengthen nails with the ultimate nutrient complex from the inside out! One capsule daily contains 11 essential vitamins and minerals, as well as natural superfoods, specially formulated to meet the needs of all nails. The bioavailable and 100% natural ingredients such as silica from bamboo shoot extract , zinc and selenium promote nail strength without chemicals or artificial additives: Natural silicon from bamboo shoot extract to build bones, cartilage and connective tissue.

1 sachet contains 30 capsules (18g).
- Superfoods: silica (70%) from bamboo shoot extract.

- Zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal nails.

- All vitamins contained, cover 45% of the daily requirement: Niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamin, biotin, vitamin B12.

- All contained minerals cover 15% of the daily requirement: Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Selenium
- Take 1 capsule daily in the morning, unchewed with plenty of water.

- Do not take with warm or hot drinks, as the vitamins contained are sensitive to heat!

- It is recommended to take over a period of at least 12 weeks to achieve the best possible results.
