Silkamino Mega-Moisturizing Masker
Hair treatment with marula butter, vanilla extract, silk amino acids, ultra moisturizing, smoothing, protective and strengthening, ideal for dry and colored hair.
A deep conditioning hair treatment that strengthens, smoothes and softens especially dry, damaged or colored hair - without sulfates, aggressive surfactants or silicones that leave residues in the hair. Contained marula butter, sunflower fatty acids and panthenol penetrate the hair to moisturize and protect, while a blend of moisturizing and smoothing active ingredients adds shine and grip to even unruly, extremely dry or damaged hair. The extra nourishing cream formulation infuses hair with a concentrated blend of silk amino acids and proteins to restore bonds, strengthen and smooth the hair shaft, and give hair the ultimate fullness, bounce and shine.
Silkamino™ Mega-Moisturizing Masker has a pH of 4.3.
- Because Silkamino™ Masker contains no silicones, its nutrient-rich formulation takes only a short time to absorb. A small amount is sufficient. With a barrier-supporting acidic pH of 4.3, Silkamino™ Mega-Moisturizing Masker conditions without disturbing the scalp's delicate acid mantle.
- Silkamino™ Masker contains vanilla fruit extract, which we added for its antioxidant and skin-soothing properties. The vanilla also gives the formulation a naturally sweet scent that fades quickly.
- Free of sulfates, silicones, essential oils, fragrances, dyes and drying alcohols.

- Hydrolyzed Silk: A nourishing protein that fills "breaks" in the hair shaft and smooths damaged hair.
- Silk Amino Acids: Silk-derived emollient amino acids that add strength to hair, taming it better and giving it a healthier appearance.
- Silk Sericin: An ingredient in silk protein that has a temporary bonding effect on damaged hair, smoothing the hair shaft and improving manageability.
- After shampooing with a Drunk Elephant shampoo of your choice, apply a small amount of Silkamino™ Masker, massaging in starting at the ends of the hair and working towards the roots. Then wait 1-3 minutes and rinse well.
- For more intensive weekly use, apply a generous amount, comb through to evenly distribute conditioning and leave on for 20-30 minutes.
