Distribute sunscreen with SPF 30 in your hands and apply it to your body.
It is recommended to work from head to toe to avoid accidentally missing a part of the body. If you need help applying it to your back, ask a friend.
Apply the lotion generously 15 minutes before sun exposure and allow it to absorb.
Reapply at least every two hours. Apply more frequently after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Always offer others to use your sunscreen too.

No specific precautions are required for the use of this product under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions.
