Location: Hamburg

"Strictly selective" stands for the portfolio of NICHE-BEAUTY.COM GmbH. Niche Beauty is an e-commerce platform with a wide selection of luxury cosmetic brands from all over the world. Many of our brands are often only known to beauty insiders and experts and our goal is to offer a curated shopping experience with the best brands that we have carefully selected for our customers. Since 2019, Niche Beauty is part of the DOUGLAS Group, the leading premium beauty and health retailer in Europe.
Your tasks:
  • You will be in charge of second level customer support (inc. complex cases)
  • You will be optimizing customer service processes at Niche Beauty
  • You will be managing & controlling 3rd party customer service agency daily
  • You could provide trainings for 1st level customer service agents
  • You will be in contact with Niche Beauty’s international partners and solve operational challenges
  • You will also help Niche Beauty’s premium customers
Your profile:
  • You have initial experience in the area of customer service/customer care
  • You have a pronounced service orientation and enjoy telephoning
  • You have a good command of German and good PC skills
  • You work independently and have an organized way of working
  • You are a team player and reliable
