Usage

- Shake well. Half an hour before bedtime, dispense 6-8 drops under your tongue and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing. Increase your dose if desired.

- Do not exceed a maximum of 17 drops per day.

- Can also be used for anxiety during the day - simply take 2-3 drops as and when you feel you need it.
