After cleansing in the evening, smooth a pea-sized amount of Sleep Glycolic onto the face, neck and décolletage - avoiding the eye area. Some slight skin tingling is normal.
 
Please note: For use 2-3 times per week.
 
As Sleep Glycolic is directly active on your skin, it should be the second step in your evening skincare routine (after cleansing). Layer all other serums and moisturisers on top. Leave on overnight. 
 
Always wear sunscreen the next day after using Sleep Glycolic.
