With dry hands, remove one strip from the sachet.
Moisten your upper teeth with your tongue.
Press the strip firmly onto your teeth and align it along the gum line.
Fold the excess part behind the teeth. Lightly moisten the strip with your tongue to prevent it from sticking to your lip.
Repeat the entire process for the lower teeth. The strips will dissolve on their own after approximately 15 minutes.
If irritation such as redness, swelling, or pain occurs in the gums or mouth, discontinue use and consult a dentist if necessary. Not suitable for loose teeth, dentures, or braces. Not recommended for children (keep out of reach), nor during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Do not use this product if you have gum problems, allergies to any of the ingredients, or within two weeks after dental treatments. Avoid contact with eyes – rinse immediately with plenty of water if contact occurs.
