FLORA DANICA

The fragrance label from Copenhagen is named after the botanical encyclopedia Flora Danica. This was commissioned by King Frederik V in 1752 to illustrate all the flowers and plants of his kingdom and to disseminate knowledge about nature. The complete work was finished after 120 years and 3200 sketches in 54 books. This is the direct source of inspiration for the perfumers to create fragrances that not only embody modern Danish values, but also reflect the diversity of nature.

Perfume legends Olivier Cresp and Nathalie Lorsson and head perfumer Ilias Ermenidis were inspired by the history of Flora Danica to develop four unique fragrances - fragrances that combine Nordic modernity and the extraordinary diversity of nature. Exclusive essences such as iris, cardamom, neroli, vetiver and oakmoss form the heart of each fragrance. Around them, the perfumes have created multi-faceted, characterful and timeless fragrance experiences with selected ingredients.

Reflecting the way of life, the notes and accords of FLORA DANICA Parfums have been purposefully blended to offer a fluid interpretation of femininity and masculinity. All fragrances are unisex.

Consciously selected ingredients

Particular attention has been paid to ensure that the perfumes are vegan and composed with up to 92% ingredients of natural origin.

Special complexity and depth

A perfume’s intensity and longevity on the skin depend on its fragrance oil concentration. All fragrances contain 20-25% fragrance oil concentration, a high percentage that not only enhances staying power but also contribute to the complexity and depth of the scent.

Combining is welcome

Embrace your individuality and self-expression by layering the scents.
