Bed of Nails provides acupressure to help the body release oxytocin and endorphins while activating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system. The mystical bed of nails originated over 1000 years ago and was used for meditation and healing. Don't be alarmed from the look of these pointy spikes. They do not penetrate the skin. Due to thousands of nails, even though prickly at first, the sensation becomes after a minute or so rather blissful when pain and stress melts away. Use the BON Pillow on curved areas such as the neck, lumbar, spine and under your feet. It can be used alone or in combination with the BON Mat or multiple BON Pillows at once. Simply lay down or lean against the pillow and let it do its magic!
