Description

Galloway is the art of olfactory music. The shade and heat of pepper and citrus aromatics create surprise within this discerning perfume. The heart notes are an injection of sweet iris and heady orange blossom. At the base is a warm musk, honey-like amber and deep-wooded sandalwood, highly textured to curate a distinguished eau de parfum.

- In the 18th century, a very special Galloway horse is said to have been discovered in the deep valleys of the Scottish south, a mysterious gray horse, possibly one of the last of its kind? This stallion was the inspiration for Parfums de Marly's fragrance creation "Galloway", which carries the reputation of these horses out into the world and sets them an eternal monument.

- In fact, the Galloway horse, which because of its stick size is rather to be counted among the ponies, was known for many centuries and one can assume that it was precisely these horses as well as their accomplished riders, which already Julius Caesar mentioned in his writings in praise. Much later, even the greatest playwright of all times, William Shakespeare, referred to these animals in his drama "Henry IV". The breed, now extinct due to crossbreeding, is said to have had a distinguished appearance, a broad chest and a strong and robust stature.

- Presented in a striking white bottle with a glittering silver cap, this eau de parfum by Parfums de Marly is a divine blend of notes that create an elegant and powerful signature. It is characterized by its citrus and pepper notes that are gradually overlaid with subtle amber and musk notes that give it strength and allure.

Usage

- For a long-lasting fragrance effect, spray the product on the skin from a distance of 20 cm. Apply one to two sprays of the eau de parfum. Warm areas of the body such as the inside of the arms are particularly suitable to develop the fragrance.

- Best time to wear: For a bright summer or spring day.
