The iconic beauty line of Matthew Malin and Andrew Goetz comes from New York's Chelsea district. Their shop stands out for its unmistakable and modern ambience, which reinterprets the philosophy of a traditional pharmacy: expert knowledge, treatments and a special customer service. From skin care to perfume, their product line offers everything that guarantees the promise of uncomplicated luxury products. Packaged in a timeless, minimalist design, filled with award-winning formulations.
Matthew Malin and Andrew Goetz opened the doors of the brand’s Chelsea flagship store in March 2004. Its stores, while modern in every way, are reminiscent of traditional neighborhood apothecaries: brimming with activity, wonderful treatments and great customer service. Today its portfolio of apothecaries has expanded from New York to Los Angeles, San Francisco, London and Hong Kong while its distribution to luxury retailers and hotel, airline and gym amenity partners continues to grow globally.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Matthew Malin began his career in the Executive Training Programme at Saks Fifth Avenue. He later worked as a cosmetics buyer at Barneys New York, then managed global sales for Kiehl's, and finally developed Prada's beauty department and managed Helmut Lang fragrances. His experiences and the fact that he himself suffers from skin conditions such as eczema, seborrhoea and rosacea inspired Matthew to found MALIN+GOETZ.
Before founding MALIN+GOETZ, Andrew Goetz worked for ten years as US marketing director for Vitra, a family-owned Swiss design manufacturer. His keen eye for design is reflected in the store design and minimalist packaging.
